Windsor Associates has served as a trusted business advisor to many business owners and other key company stakeholders since 2002. We understand the competing, and sometimes conflicting priorities a company faces in challenging times because we have represented companies, shareholders of business, boards of directors and advisors, investors, lenders and suppliers of goods and services in such circumstances. We have also served as an independent third party representative to judicial federal and state courts.

Our objective is to forge a plan that considers the interests of all constituencies involved in the continued viability of the business, obtain support from these stakeholders in the direction to be taken and move the organization forward within that plan.
